Bankruptcy Trustee Payments

How To Make Your Bankruptcy Trustee Payments

When you file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy you will have to start making Bankruptcy Trustee payments the following month and every month thereafter until the conclusion of your Bankruptcy Plan.  Most Chapter 13 Bankruptcies last for 60 months; however, they can last as short as 36 months in certain circumstances.

At Brenner Spiller & Archer, we’ve found the easiest way to make your Chapter 13 Trustee payments is ONLINE.  You can register to pay the Bankruptcy Trustee by clicking the button found below.

Making the monthly bankruptcy payments is made easy with TFSBILLPAY.  How does the online payment process work? You can pay from your bank account or debit card.   Recurring or manual payments drawn directly from your bank account or your personal Debit Mastercard at an interval that fits your cash flow. Select from seven different interval options.  You simply enter the monthly payment amount and choose how often you want to send payments. You can pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or opt for manual payments.  Another payment option is to make your payments directly from your pay stubs.  This process is anonymous, and your employer will not know that the payments are bankruptcy related.
